		<description>Wow. Not only all you have achieved is quite amazing, but the fact that you stayed strong and focused during such a long period of physical training without any &quot;playing around&quot; means you really deserve to be training with the best.

I speak for myself but I think I may speak for many others: I remember the day you started at YMAA in Almada and you sure had a spark in your eyes. I, for one, am proud of you!</description>
