My dear friends…

Yesterday, I decided to invest some time updating the blog. I uploaded all the pictures that I have from the first semester. I also uploaded the newest pictures from this semester. Check it out!

The video section was also updated. I putted two new videos there. One is the Promotional video, that some of you might have seen it already, at the Retreat Center’s webpage. The other is a demonstration of a Long Fist sequence by Jon Chang. I will try to had some more stuff as soon as I can.
