Today, I’ve started learning a new skill, that I never expected to learn. I’m learning how to make wine! Probably some of you are questioning why and how. You all know that I don’t like wine, but I felt that since most of my friends like and appreciate it, I decided it was a good skill to learn, not for me but for them. In March, I will have the first bottles. Hopefully, it will be good.
Shifu, had already wine brewing equipment, and he asked who wanted to learn how to make wine. Right away I said that I wanted to learn it. I’m hoping to offer some nice bottles to some friends. We bought a wine kit to start just to make sure that everything goes well. With a wine kit is pretty easy, we just need to follow the instructions. In the future, I want to try to make some wine from grapes and also from fruits.
It’s a nice experience. It’s worth to learn. I thank I will enjoy a lot, and maybe some of you too.

Boa… como sabes, na minha faculdade também se faz bom vinho… eu própria já experimentei vinho feito ali…e é poderoso, posso confessar… principalmente em alguns magustos que são feitos ali naquele mesmo sítio… vamos trocar umas garrafas, shall we?
