The first week…

One week is gone! This as been a very good experience combined with some pain in the middle ;) . Is has been a daily schedule of training and working from 06h to 22h.

The first two days were soft. On Friday, we just cleaned the house and organize everything from the seminar period. Saturday was a day off, and we went to Eureka to buy some groceries, material to build the training course and other stuff that we needed. We had lunch in a buffet, and as always we ate a lot. After lunch, we went to the cinema to watch a movie. Everybody saw “The Dark Night”, but since I already had seen it, I saw the new Star Wars movie, “The Clone Wars” animated movie. The movie was good but not as good as the others. Before I entered the theater I went to a thrift store and bought to books for 1 quarter. When the cashier told me how much it cost, I was amazed. How can they sell books so cheap? Of course they are old books, but they’re still good for me.
We went to dinner in a Chinese buffet that was very good. The food was nice and the company too. After dinner we went home and relaxed for the next day. On Sunday we only worked.

Monday was the D-7 day, the first day of training to prepare for the serious thing. Our daily schedule is normally this:

1. 06h-07h: Meditation
2. 07h-08h: Qigong
3. 08h-09h: Breakfast
4. 09h-11h: Taijiquan
5. 11h-12h: Chinese Lesson
6. 12h-14h30: Lunch and Rest
7. 14h30-15h30: Lecture
8. 15h30-16h30: Run the Mountain
9. 16h30-19h: Shaolin
10. 19h-22h: Dinner and Rest

The training has been good and hard. It’s mostly conditioning in Shaolin training and complete sequence in Taijiquan. It has only been a week and I already fill some improvement, little but some. My legs are getting stronger and my arms too. There’s something that is getting stronger but also messed up at the same time. My hands are full of blisters and I have to train some stuff with gloves or else I will be bleeding all the time. I wanted to show some pictures but the connection here is bad. I can’t upload the images to show you the results of speed training with staff.

Today, Friday, it’s the day before the official ceremony to become a formal disciple of Dr. Yang Jwing-Ming. If we want to quit, we should do it now, because after tomorrow there’s no more tomorrow to change our minds. We won’t change, that’s the good thing. We are taking care of everything so that tomorrow everything runs the right way. This is why I had time to write this post. We had lunch earlier, so it gave me time to write and rest.

Tomorrow is the big day…

  3. your “video” is nothing more than a collage of pictures. why falsify it’s contents?

  4. green, I see stuff moving, the file format is FLV (Flash Video) and if you want, I can give you the parameters with which it was encoded.

It’s a video. Oh, yeah, it doesn’t have people moving around. So what?

And “falsify it’s contents”? WTF do you mean by that?

Your comment is nothing more than a collage of two stupid phrases.

Why try to be an asshole?

    P.S.-FZ’s sempre contigo.
